摘要
焦炉荒煤气离开炭化室平均温度在700℃左右,携带了焦炉热量的35%。传统焦化工艺中,焦炉荒煤气在集气管内通过喷氨水冷却至80℃左右,不仅要消耗大量电能,还造成荒煤气热量的浪费。文章通过分析焦炉荒煤气特性、煤焦油结焦特性,并跟踪荒煤气换热器技术的研究、应用进展,为焦炉荒煤气余热回收技术推广提供参考,并对今后荒煤气换热器技术发展方向和荒煤气余热回收工艺提出相关建议。
The average temperature of coke oven gas is about 700℃, when it leaves the carbonization chamber. It takes about 35% of the total heat from the coke oven. Coke oven gas in the collector pipe is cooled to 80℃ by spraying ammonia in the traditional coking process, which not only consume a lot of power energy, but also waste the sensible heat of raw coke oven gas. In the paper, through the anal- ysis of coke oven gas characteristics, coal tar characteristics, the development of heat exchanger for coke oven gas sensible heat recovery, a reference for promotion using coke oven gas waste heat recovery technology was provided, and some advises about the development of coke oven gas heat exchanger and the technology of coke oven gas sensible heat recovery were given.
