摘要
目的浅析血清CRP(C-反应蛋白)的变化在RRA(难治性类风湿关节炎)临床预测中的价值。
Objective To analyze the predictive value of dynamic changes of c-reactive protein in refractory rheumatoid arthritis. Meth- ods 100 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the clinical curative effect after 6-month treatment of methotrexate and sulfasalazine sasp tablets, the experimental group were 25 cases whose drug treatment was ineffective, and the other 75 cases were included into the control group, and the serum CRP contents in 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment and before treatment were tested and the disease activity degree of patients was evaluated by the DAS28 value. Results The 25-week follow-up results showed that the incidence rate of RRA was 25%, and the CRP content in the experimental group after 24-week drug treatment was (14.38±3.88)rag/L, showing a dynamic change, and the contents in various time phases were obviously higher than those in the con- trol group (P〈0.05). Conclusion As the time goes by, the serum CRP level has a dynamic change of RRA disease patients in the ex- perimental group, which can be used as an important basis of predicting the RRA to a certain degree.
