安全转运路径在精神科急诊患者院内转运中的应用探讨

Study on Application of Safety Transport Path in the Hospital Transport in Emergency Patients in the Department of Psychiatry

目的探讨在精神科急诊患者院内转运中实施安全转运路径的效果及作用。方法选取2015年1—6月由该院急诊科诊治后转运入院的精神科急诊患者40例为对照组,采用常规护理转运模式。选取2015年7月—2016年1月精神科急诊患者40例为试验组,采用安全转运路径转运模式。比较两组患者在院内转运中意外事件的发生率及接收科室对转运工作的满意率。结果试验组精神科急诊患者转运途中意外事件发生率为10.0%,明显低于对照组的27.5%(P<0.05),试验组接收科室对转运工作满意率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的85.0%(P<0.05)。结论在精神科急诊患者院内转运中实施安全转运路径模式,能明显减少转运中意外事件的发生,提高患者院内转运的安全性,提升转运工作满意度。

Objective To study the application of safety transport path in the hospital transport in emergency patients in the department of psychiatry. Methods 40 cases of emergency in the department of psychiatry in our hospital from January to June 2015 were selected as the control group, and were given the routine nursing transport model, and 40 cases of emergency patients in the department of psychiatry from July 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the test group and were given the safety transport path mode, and the in- cidence rate of accidents and satisfactory rate to the transport work were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of accidents in the test group was obviously lower than that in the control group（10.0% vs 27.5%）, （P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory rate in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group（97.5% vs 85.0%）,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of safety transport path in the hospital transport of emergency patients in the department of psychiatry can obviously reduce the occur- rence of accidents and improve the safety of hospital transport and satisfactory degree of transport work.
