柔性衬底上薄膜的残余应力测量 被引量:1

摘要 柔性衬底应用越发广泛,但其上面薄膜的残余应力却难以测量,并且只能做到小面积样品的测量。分析了柔性衬底上薄膜应力测量的特性,修正了Stoney公式、采用多光束光学传感系统、利用二维运动系统增大了量程。利用系统设计的思路,设计并搭建出一套大面积薄膜样品残余应力自动测量系统。通过一种基于多光束原理的薄膜应力测试方法,通过对反射光光点间距变化的检测,可以实时得到应力的信息:其灵敏度优于2.5×106.Mpa,精度优于10%。该方案具有结构简单、测量速度快、适应性强等特点,与计算机自动控制系统相结合。可以应用于小面积样品的应力检测和面积200×200mm样品的区域应力检测、全面积应力检测。
