Consent of the Victim in Italy Criminal Law

受害人同意是一个重要的正当化事由。1930年意大利就在刑法典第50条规定了受害人同意，围绕受害人同意的理论依据、同意的生效要件和受害人同意效力的限制，意大利刑法学界展开丰富的研究和提出了很多讨论，这些理论和研究经验可能会对我国相关研究有所借鉴。

Consent of the victim is an important justification in the criminal law. In 1930 Italy has stipulated the consent of the victim, as the article of 50 of the Code of the Criminal Law, in the past decades, the Italian jurists have studied deeply with this problem, including but not limited to the theory, the requests, in a word, the Italy accumulates lots of experience and provides lots of excellent opera, all of this may be helpful to the study of Chinese jurists.
