上海市基层女性医生掌握更年期保健相关知识的情况调查

Investigation on related knowledge level of menopause health care among female doctors in basic-level hospitals in Shanghai

目的了解上海市基层医生更年期知识的掌握情况,以便为更年期妇女提供良好的健康保护和健康促进服务。方法对参加上海市妇幼保健中心举办的更年期健康问题讲座培训的妇保/妇产科医生进行问卷调查。结果此次调查发现在20道更年期健康相关知识的问答中,调查对象回答正确的题数均值为(12.15±2.09)道,基层保健人员对更年期及其保健知识掌握欠佳。结论基层保健人员对更年期及保健相关知识薄弱点需引起关注,应对基层保健人员的规范培训需要持续开展并强化优化。

Objective To understand related knowledge level of menopause health care among female doctors in basic-level hospitals in Shanghai, provide high quality health protection and health promotion services for menopausal women. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among maternal health care doctors, obstetricians, and gynaecologists participaing in menopausal health knowledge lectures held by Shanghai Center for Women and Children＇s Health. Results Among menopausal health-related knowledge questions, （ 12. 15 ±2.09） questions were answered correctly, the related knowledge level of menopause health care was poor. Conclusions The health care doctors in basic-level hospitals should pay more attention to menopause and related health care knowledge, standardized training of health care doctors in basic-level hospitals should be carried out continuously and optimized.
