摘要 高平顺的轨道结构是保证高速列车安全、平稳运行的基础,无砟轨道因具有高平顺、高稳定、少维修等优点,在国外高速铁路建设中得到广泛应用。为适应我国高速铁路初期建设需求,在引进国外技术基础上,我国形成了CRTSI、Ⅱ型板式和双块式无砟轨道并推广应用,但存在现浇道床开裂、沥青砂浆充填层与钢筋混凝土主体结构寿命不匹配、连续结构温度变形等问题,并在我国铁路“走出去”过程中受到相关知识产权的制约。介绍CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道研发背景及主要研发历程,阐明其结构特征和技术特点,并从设计理论、轨道结构及接口设计、主要工程材料、轨道板制造、轨道结构施工、养护维修及配套技术标准体系等方面详细说明。CRTSHI型板式无砟轨道系统的研发,突破了国外专利制约,补齐了高速铁路在基础设施领域技术输出的短板,为“一带一路”倡议和高速铁路“走出去”战略实施提供有力的技术支撑。 USmooth track structure is the guarantee of safe and stable operation of high speed train. Due to its smoothness, stability and less maintenance, the ballastless track has been widely applied for high speed railways outside China. In order to meet the needs of construction of Chinese high speed railway, based on introduction of foreign technologies, we have developed different types of ballastless tracks, e.g. CRTS I, CRTS 11 and twin block, which have been popularized in China. At the same time, we're still facing some problems, e.g. crack of slab, different life spans of the filling layer with bituminous mortar and major structure with reinforced concrete, upwarp of continuous structure under high temperature, restriction from intellectual property issues as "going global". The paper introduces the background and process of the R&D of CRTS 11I ballastless track, explains its structural and technical features in terms of design theory, track structure and interface design, major engineering materials, manufacture of slab, construction of track structure, maintenance and technical standards. The development of CRTS III ballastless track has broken the restriction from foreign patents and padded up the short board of infrastructure technology output of high speed railway, providing powerful technical support for the "Belt and Road Initiative" and "going global" strategy of high speed railway.
