基于植物油脂的生物质乙烯基酯树脂的制备

摘要 针对当前石化资源短缺以及环境污染日益严重的问题,研究了以生物质资源二聚脂肪酸为原料,通过二聚脂肪酸与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的环氧开环反应直接成酯,纯化并表征了产物。研究不同催化剂在同一反应温度下对反应收率和产品色泽的影响,确定了最佳催化剂种类和添加量;研究不同反应温度和反应时间对产品收率、色泽和黏度的影响,并确定了最佳制备反应工艺。采用FTIR和NMR对制备的产品进行了结构表征。 In view of the current shortage of petrochemical resources and the increasingly serious environmental problems, the biomass resources such as dimer fatty acids is used as raw material to react with glycidyl methacrylate through epoxy ring opening reaction to prepare ester. The product is purified and characterized. The effects of different catalysts on the reaction yield and product color at the same reaction temperature are studied in order to determine the optimal catalyst type and adding amount; the effects of different reaction temperature and time on the yield, color and viscosity are investigated, and the optimum preparation process is confirmed. The structures of prepared products are characterized by FTIR and NMR.
