摘要
miR-155是一个典型的多功能miRNA,由其下游基因介导,参与了炎症、免疫、心血管疾病以及肿瘤的发生发展等多种生物学过程.近年来,研究发现miR-155在乙型肝炎病毒、人类免疫缺陷病毒、Epstein-Barr病毒、肠道病毒71型等病毒感染中发挥了重要作用,其能够通过影响JAKs/STATs信号通路、TLRs/NF-κB信号通路来调控病毒的复制及机体的抗病毒反应.
miR-155 is a typical multifunctional microRNA,and it participates in diverse biological processes mediated by its downstream genes,including inflammation,immunity,angiocardiopathy,and tumorgenesis.miR-155 plays a vital role in the process of virus infections,such as hepatitis B virus,human immunodeficiency virus,Epstein-Barr virus,enterovirus 71.Recent studies have shown that miR-155 regulates the replication of the virus and the antiviral reaction by JAKs/STATs and TLRs/NF-κB pathway.
