摘要
糖尿病心肌病是糖尿病最普遍的微血管并发症之一,也是导致糖尿病患者伤残、死亡的主要原因,其一直以来是社会关注的热点。早期发现和有效干预糖尿病心血管并发症的发生发展,对提高患者的生活质量和生存率显得尤为重要。目前,国内外研究显示,超声和心脏核磁共振成像能够无创检测糖尿病心肌病早期心功能损伤,超声造影剂介导药物和基因靶向治疗能够改善心肌结构和心功能。本文就近年来影像新技术对糖尿病心肌病早期诊断及超声介导干预糖尿病心肌病做一简要综述。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes. It is also the major cause of disability and death in patients with diabetes, and has been a focus of social concern. Early detec-tion and effective intervention on the occurrence and development of diabetic cardiovascular complications are particu-larly important to improve the life quality and survival rate of patients. At present, domestic and international research have shown that ultrasound and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging can noninvasively detect early cardiac dysfunction in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy, and ultrasound contrast agents mediated drug and gene targeted therapy can im-prove myocardial structure and cardiac function. This article aims to briefly review new imaging techniques in recent years for early diagnosis of diabetic cardiomyopathy and ultrasound mediated intervention for diabetic cardiomyopathy.
