摘要
首先运用超效DEA模型测算全要素水资源利用效率,然后利用我国2005—2015年31个省市自治区的面板数据,构建面板VAR模型,测度水资源利用与产业结构优化之间的动态关系.结果表明:水资源利用与产业结构优化之间存在协整关系;水资源利用与产业结构优化之间的相互作用存在区域差异,主要体现在反应时滞、作用力度等方面.
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2005 to 2015,this paper established a panel VAR model to measure the dynamic relationship between water resource utilization and optimizing industrial structure.The results show that there is long-run co-integration relationship between water resource utilization and optimizing industrial structure, and the dy- namic relationship between water resource utilization and optimizing industrial structure varies with the regions from the per- spective of response lag, action intensity and so on.
