胆囊癌与胆结石相关性用于彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Gallbladder Carcinoma

目的探讨胆囊癌和胆结石相关性采用彩色多普勒超声诊断的效果。方法研究对象选取2015年1月-2016年12月收治的经临床诊断确诊并经手术病理检查证实为胆囊癌的患者112例,112例患者应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行检查。结果 112例患者中经彩色多普勒超声检查确诊的患者86例,诊断符合率为76.8%。86例确诊的患者中,2例胆囊萎缩,占比4.7%;12例原发性胆囊癌,占比14.0%;4例胆囊息肉,占比4.7%;66例胆囊结石合并胆囊癌,占比76.7%。结论胆结石与胆囊癌的发病具有密切的关联,对于胆结石合并慢性胆囊炎的患者,尤其是老年患者需给予足够的关注与重视,积极进行定期超声检查。

Objective To investigate the correlation between gallbladder cancer and gallstones by color Doppler ultrasound effect. Methods This study selected from January 2015 December -2016 year period in our hospital were diagnosed by clinical and pathologically confirmed 112 cases of gallbladder cancer patients, 112 patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound. Results 112 patients in 86 cases with color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of patients, the diagnostic rate is 76. 8%. 86 cases of patients, 2 cases of gallbladder atrophy, accounted for 4. 7% ; 12 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma, accounting for 14% ; 4 cases of gallbladder polyps, accounting for 4. 7% ; 66 cases of cholecystolithiasis and gallbladder cancer, accounting for 76. 7%. Conclusions It is closely related to the incidence of gallstones and gallbladder cancer, for gallstones and chronic cholecystitis patients, especially elderly patients should be given enough attention and attention, actively carry out regular ultrasound examination.
