摘要 目的分析并研究持续质量改进(CQI)在小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理当中的应用效果和体会。方法对2016年1月-2016年12月接收的进行小儿静脉留置针穿刺的患儿54例作为研究对象,随机划分为观察组和对照组,每组27例,对照组患儿采用常规的护理干预措施进行护理,观察组患儿落实持续质量改进护理模式进行干预,对研究两组患儿的穿刺成功率、患儿的家属满意率、患儿的不良反应发生率等指标进行评估并作出护理。结果观察组与对照组之间存在明显差异,而且观察组优于对照组,P<0.05;对研究两组患儿家属的满意率进行比较,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05,差异明显,具有统计学意义。结论小儿静脉留置针进行穿刺的时候,护理过程中配合持续质量改进的护理模式可以有效减少不良反应的发生,能更好提高穿刺的成功率。 Objective To analyze and study the continuous quality improvement (CQI) application effect of indwelling needle puncture and nursing management experience in pediatric intravenous. Methods For this study from January 2016 to December 2016 received pediatric intravenous indwelling needle puncture in 54 cases as the study object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 27 cases in each group, the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention for nursing care, the observation group with the implementation of continuous quality improvement of nursing intervention in this study, two groups of children with the success rate of puncture, children's family satisfaction rate, the incidence of adverse reactions were assessed and nursing. Results Significant differences between the observation group and control group, and observation group than the control group, P 〈 0. 05 ; compared to the two group patients' satisfaction rate, the observation group was higher than that of Control group, P 〈 0. 05, significant difference was statistically significant. Conclusions When pediatric intravenous indwelling needle, the nursing process and nursing mode of continuous quality improvement can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
