牡蛎壳粉对竹纤维增强树脂基摩擦材料摩擦学性能的影响

摘要 为了研究牡蛎壳粉填料对竹纤维增强树脂基摩擦材料性能的影响,本试验以牡蛎壳粉等为填料,改性酚醛树脂为基体,改性竹纤维、镁盐晶须和无水硫酸钙晶须为增强相,制备新型摩擦材料,从而探讨不同粒径和含量的牡蛎壳粉对材料的力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响.结果表明,牡蛎壳粉有助于形成大面积连续的摩擦膜,界面结合程度良好.摩擦材料具有良好的硬度和冲击强度、稳定的摩擦系数、优良的抗热衰退性和耐磨性,而且40目20%牡蛎壳粉(不含重晶石粉)摩擦材料的综合性能最佳. In order to study the performance of resin-based composites reinforced by bamboo fiber and filled with oyster shell powder, oyster shell powder was added as fillers, modified phenolic resin as matrix, the modified bamboo fiber, mag- nesium whisker and anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker as reinforced phase. A new type of friction was made. And the me- chanical properties and tribological properties of the composites were studied, which were added by oyster shell powder of different size and content. The results show that oyster shell powder promoted the formation of friction filmlargly ,the inter- face was bonded well. The friction material had good hardness and impact strength, stable friction coefficient, excellent heat fade and wear resistance. In addition, when oyster shell powder (excluding barite) content was 20% and the size was 40 mesh, the comprehensive performance was the best.
