摘要
为验证旧沥青路面剩余结构承载力足够的情况下,将高性能回收沥青混合料直接作为柔性基层使用的可行性及研究高性能回收沥青混合料的内在规律,从而提出高性能回收沥青混合料作基层结构路面的具体设计方法.课题组以高性能回收沥青混合料为研究对象,根据高性能回收沥青混合料配合比设计的理论成果,以高性能回收沥青混合料的强度特性试验为研究方法,总结出压实度、试验条件等因素对高性能回收沥青混合料强度特性的影响规律为高性能回收沥青混合料的CBR值随压实度的提高而增大,饱水条件对CBR的值影响比较小.最后构建出强度指标值之间的经验转换关系:高性能回收沥青混合料的CBR值和回弹模量呈线性关系.这为以后研究高性能回收沥青混合料基层路面结构合理的设计方法及高性能回收沥青混合料的推广应用提供了理论基础与技术支撑.
In order to verify the old asphalt pavement structure residual bearing capacity sufficient, high performance reclaimed asphalt pavement is directly used as flexible base and study the feasibility of using high performance reclaimed asphalt pavement internal rules, put forward the high performance reclaimed asphalt pavement design method for concrete pavement base structure. With high performance of reclaimed asphalt pavement as the research object, according to the theoretical results of mix design of high performance reclaimed asphalt pavement, research methods to test high strength properties of reclaimed asphalt pavement, the research group summarized the influence of compaction degree, test conditions and other factors of high performance reclaimed asphalt pavement strength characteristics for high performance reclaimed asphalt pavement CBR increases with the increased degree of compaction, water saturated conditions on the value of the CBR effect is relatively small. Finally, the empirical relationship between the strength index values is constructed: the CBR value and the resilient modulus of high performance reclaimed asphalt pavement are linear. Thus, it provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the research on the reasonable design method of high performance recycled asphalt mixture pavement structure and the popularization and application of high performance reclaimed asphalt pavement.
