摘要 为了满足分析科学实验教学和学生创新能力培养的需要,以科研课题为基础设计了一项题为"基于氮化碳量子点化学发光法测定多巴胺"的探索型实验,此实验涉及多个基础理论知识,实验现象稳定、重复性好,适用于分析科学的实验教学。相对于分析科学实验课程中基础性实验来说,该实验体现了多学科相互渗透与交叉,适合在学生完成基础性实验后开展,从而加强学生科学素养与创新意识的培养。同时,该实验涵盖较多可供学生自主设计与探索的实验内容,可用于开放式实验教学中,提高学生的创新、研究与实践能力。 In order to meet the needs of the analytical scientific experimental teaching and the cultivation of the students' innovation ability,an exploratory experiment named "Determination of dopamine by chemiluminescence method based on carbon nitride quantum dots"is designed on the basis of the research project.This experiment involves a lot of basic theoretical knowledge,the experiment phenomenon is stable and the repetition is good,which reflects the necessity and the feasibility for the experimental teaching.Compared with the fundamental experiments in the Analytical Scientific Experiment course,this experiment embodies the multi-disciplinary penetration and intersection,which is suitable for students to finish the basic experiments and is helpful to enhance the cultivation of the students' scientific literacy and innovation awareness.Meanwhile,this experiment covers many experimental contents for students to design and explore independently,which can be used in open experimental teaching to improve their innovation,research and practical ability.
