国际化复合型法律人才的培养:现状分析、路径选择及保障机制——以国际模拟法庭竞赛的培训和参赛为例

On the Training of Internationalized Compound Law Talent:Status Analysis,Path Selection and Guarantee Mechanism——Taking the Training and Competition in the International Moot Court as an Example

随着中国法治建设的推进和国际交流的深入,传统的法律人才培养模式已经难以满足社会发展的需要。国际化复合型法律专业人才的培养,成为当前我国亟须解决的问题。但是,师资力量相对不足、"重理论、轻实务"的教学模式等因素,制约了国际化复合型法律人才的培养。国际模拟法庭参赛培训课程,是培养国际化复合型法律人才的重要路径和模式,它能够强化法科学生的法律英语运用能力,锻炼法律思维能力、语言组织能力、逻辑分析能力,培养多学科交叉的知识结构,提升法律实践能力。我们应推进传统教学模式改革,增设国际模拟法庭竞赛的培训课程,强化国际模拟法庭竞赛培训的师资团队整合与建设,建构并强化相关激励机制,并在经费预算方面予以充足的保障。

The traditional education model can not meet the needs of social development. The cultivation of internationalized compound law talent becomes a key problem which is restricted by the deficiency of professional teachers, traditional education model, etc. For the cultivation of internationalized compound law talent, training and competition in the international moot court would be an important method and path to enhance the legal English ability of these law talent＇s, exercise their abilities on critical thinking, language organization and logical analysis. In this context, the reform of traditional education model is necessary by adding the training courses on the international moot court, strengthening the integration and construction of the teachers＇ traning teams, establishing the incentive mechanism and providing adequate budget.
