摘要
采用一步水热法,不需要任何的模板和表面活性剂,仅通过改变反应溶剂,成功地制备出了不同形貌的正交相Bi_2S_3微/纳米材料。利用XRD、FE-SEM、TEM、HR-TEM和SAED对其结构和形貌进行了表征,对所制备的Bi_2S_3微/纳米材料的形成机理进行了探讨。吸收光谱的测量表明,由于尺寸效应,Bi_2S_3微/纳米材料的帯隙与体材料相比均发生了明显的蓝移。
By adopting the hydrothermal method,the orthogonal phase Bi_2S_3 micro/nano materials with various morphologies are successfully prepared by changing the reaction solvent without the need of any template and surfactant.XRD,FE-SEM,TEM,HR-TEM and SAED are used to characterize their structures and morphologies.The formation mechanisms of the Bi_2S_3 micro/nano materials are explored.The measurement of the absorption spectra shows that due to the size effect,an obvious blue shift occurs in the band gap of Bi_2S_3 micro/nano materials in comparison with the bulk materials.
