摘要
以螺旋弹簧式自动张紧器的固有频率测试为例,阐述科研成果转化为本科实验教学的探索性实验研究。分析了实验对象的结构和功能,确定了实验方案,搭建了测试实验台,在不同的加速度激励下,测试了螺旋弹簧式自动张紧器3个方向的固有频率,对比并分析了固有频率与激励加速度的关系。实践表明,科研项目促进了实验教学,有利于新型人才培养。
By taking the natural frequency test of the coil spring automatic tensioner as an example,this paper expounds upon the exploratory experimental study on the transformation of research achievements into undergraduate experimental teaching.The structure and function of the experimental object are analyzed,the experimental scheme is determined,and the test platform is set up.The natural frequencies in the three directions of the coil spring automatic tensioner are tested under different accelerations,and the relationship between the natural frequency and the excitation acceleration is analyzed and compared.The practice shows that the research project promotes the experimental teaching and is beneficial for cultivating new-type talents.
