摘要
开发了用于模拟发动机冷却系统温差发电的试验台,实现了冷热端温度和输出电压的显示。利用该试验台进行了初步试验,研究结果显示:由于集热器存在一定的热阻使得热端温度低于冷却水温度,而散热器没有外部冷却导致散热效果较差使得冷端温度高于环境温度;而当采用风机冷却时,温差会变大,温差发电片输出电压明显升高;但当风速升高时,由于冷端和热端温度同时下降,变化效果不明显。
The test platform for simulating thermoelectric generation of the engine cooling system is developed,and the temperature and the output voltage of the hot and cold terminals are realized.Based on this test platform,the preliminary tests are carried out.The research results show that as the collector has a certain thermal resistance,the thermal end temperature is lower than the cooling water temperature,and the radiator without the external cooling leads to the poor heat dissipation,which makes the cold end temperature higher than the ambient temperature.When the fan is used for cooling,the temperature difference becomes larger,and the output voltage of the thermoelectric generator is increased obviously.But when the wind speed rises,the changing effect is not obvious because the temperatures of the cold end and the hot end decrease at the same time.
