摘要
本文采用甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯基醚(HPEG)及蔗糖为原料,在引发剂作用下,以较低温度(40-45℃)与丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)合成一种低成本高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。研究发现蔗糖取代7%的聚醚参与反应时所得到的减水剂性能最好。并对该合成样品进行了多种检测实验和FT-IR、GPC等结构表征。该合成样品具有成本低、保坍性及缓凝效果好等优点。
A new kind of inexpensive polycarboxylate superplasticizer with fine slump-retaining ability was synthesized by reaction of methyl allylpolyethenoxy(HPEG),acrylic acid(AA),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) with sucrose in the presence of initiator at low temperature(40~45 centigrade).The results showed that the performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer produced by the reaction was optimal when 7% of methyl allylpolyethenoxy(HPEG) was replaced by sucrose.The synthesized samples were used to carry out test experiments and the structural characterization of FT-IR,GPC etc.Also,it has low cost, highly slump-retaining ability and fine retarding effect.
