复合激发剂组分掺量对无熟料矿渣粉煤灰抗压强度影响

摘要 通过正交试验,研究复合激发剂三种组分掺量对无熟料矿渣粉煤灰胶凝材料抗压强度的影响,测试胶凝材料3d、7d和28d的抗压强度并分别进行极差分析。结果表明,JS激发剂对抗压强度活性激发最强,JL最弱;无熟料矿渣粉煤灰胶凝材料28d抗压强度达到44.47MPa;获得了最佳的复合激发剂掺量配方。 The effect of composite activator proportion consists of three components on compressive strength of clinkerfree slag-fly ash cementitious was investigated through orthogonal test. The samples compressive strength were tested after cured 3d,7d,28 d,while the range analysis were studied.Results show that component of JS have the best activation effect, but the component of JL have the lowest. The samples of 28 d compressive strength reached 44.47 MPa. The optimal mix proportion of composite activator was obtained.
