人体组织与功能课程中CBL教学案例的编写与使用初探 被引量:6

摘要 基于案例的教学法对于基础及临床教学有着多维度的提升作用,然而目前尚无针对案例教学法的中文案例库。为此,课程组尝试编写了30例适合基础医学人体组织与功能课程的教学案例并总结了教学案例的编写原则和使用体会。反馈数据显示,这些教学案例能基本满足教学目标,帮助学生学习巩固课程涉及的组织学和生理学等理论知识,并培养医学生的综合素质。 Case-based learning is proved to improve teaching effectiveness on basic and clinical medical science. However, suitable clinical cases written in Chinese are still rare. The author edited 30 clinical cases fitting for human tissue and function course in basic medical science, summarized editing rules, and got the feedback after using them in class. The feedback data showed that these cases were basically satisfactory for teaching aims. It could help students to reinforce theoretical knowledge involved in histology and physiolo- gy, and improve students' comprehensive quality.
