摘要
高校班级干部的选拔是辅导员工作的重要组成部分。目前,很多高校在班干选拔的过程中依然存在选拔的公正性、合理性、成效性难定的困境。主要是由选拔标准失准、选拔程序失范、选拔方法失当。基于此,应该从明确选拔标准、规范选拔过程和灵活运用选拔方法三大方面出发,提出合理的解决对策,提高班级干部选拔的实效性和合理性。
The selection of class cadres in Colleges and universities is an important part of the work of counsel- ors. At present, in the process of the selection plight of the selection of justice, rationality and effectiveness still ex- ist in many colleges and universities, the main reasons are the misalignment selection standard , the anomie selec- tion process and the improper selection methods. Based on this, we should be clear about the selection criteria, reg- ulate the selection process, flexibly use the selection methods and try to put forward the reasonable measures so as to improve the class cadre selection effectiveness and rationality.
