大学生先进典型培育是高校育人工作的重要一环,大学生先进典型在人才培养、校园文化建设方面发挥着积极作用。深入分析高校当前在大学生先进典型培育工作中存在的问题和不足,认识新形势下大学生先进典型的时代特点,从发现、培养、积累、宣传等方面建立起一套科学完整的创新模式。

The advanced typical cultivation of the university students is one of the most important aspects of the educational work in both colleges and universities, since it plays a positive role in talents cultivation and the con- struetion of campus culture. Through making a deepgoing analysis on the present problems and shortcomings of cur- rent advanced typical cultivation of the university students, getting a clear understanding of their character under the new situation, this research finally establish a scientific and complete innovation model from cultivation, accu- mulation, publicity of discovery aspects.
