Research on the Diaspora Motifs in Sixty Lights from the Perspective of Feminist Gender Studies

本文从女性主义性别视角出发,重点分析《六十盏灯》中女主人公露西颠沛流离的生活及其所体现的流散主题,旨在揭示西方主流社会对非本土人士特别是来自不发达国家和阶层的人群的歧视和偏见,剖析了在社会主流文化的权力制约下,游走于不同国度的非本土人群的一种被动的女性化、边缘化和文化他者化的困境。

Based on the perspective of feminist gender studies, this paper focuses on the diasporas motifs embodied in the protagonist Lucy＇s vagrant life in Sixty Lights, aims to reveal the prejudice and discrimi- nation from the western mainstream society to the non-native people, especially from some underdeveloped countries and stratum, and analyzes the plight of the passive femininity , marginalization and cultural the- orization of non-native people who migrates among different countries under the power restriction on the social mainstream culture.
