摘要
高等教育评估模式的现代化是教育治理现代化的重要方面。一般来说,高等教育评估模式主要有以下几种,一是高校自为主体的第一方评估,二是以教育行政部门为主体的第二方评估,三是第三方社会组织或机构的教育评估,四是上述三种模式的内外结合。在教育治理现代化强调多元利益主体围绕共同的教育目标协调与互动的背景下,作为一种确保大学健康发展的动力,高等教育评估模式仍然需要对评估目的、评估对象、评估方式以及评估主体这四个方面进行厘清。
The modernization of higher education evaluation model is an important aspect of educational governance modernization. Generally speaking, the evaluation mode of higher education mainly lies in the following aspects: firstly, the first party of college assessment, secondly, the educational administration as the second party assessment, thirdly, the third party social organizations or institutions of educational assessment, lastly is the combination of three models combination. In the context of the modernization of educational governance which emphasizes the coordination and interaction of diverse stakeholders, the evaluation model of higher education, as a driving force to ensure the healthy development of the university, still needs to assess the purpose, the object of assessment, the assessment methods and the subject of evaluation.
