地方师范院校大类招生分流培养教学综合改革初探——以海南师范大学为例

摘要 在社会复合型、创新型、通识型人才需求不断加大的影响下,"大类招生人才培养"模式改革成为近几年高校改革的热点。对于地方师范高校来说,"大类招生人才培养"模式改革面临着对充足资源要求、专业分流的结果、改革所要求的深度与广度、课程与教学革新的要求所带来的诸多挑战。海南师范大学结合自身情况,以选择适宜模式、全面提升本科教学质量、合理专业布局、完善配套措施、打造"新课堂"等措施,探索出了一条大类招生分流培养教学综合改革的道路。但改革过程中仍需注意处理好师范院校性质、学校人才培养定位、新格局变化与改革之间的关系。 The training mode reform of "general enrollment classified cultivation" become hotspot of college reform recently in the increasing influence of the demand of complex, innovative, general knowledge--based talent. For Local Normal Universities, this reform is facing many challenges such as lack of resources, Professional diversion results, momentum of reform, curriculum and teaching innovation and so on. Hainan Normal University combined with their own situation, taking many effective measures such as improve the teaching quality, perfect professional layout, improve the supporting measures, innovative classroom teaching and so forth. But in the process of reform, we also need to pay attention to the nature of normal universities, school personnel training positioning, changes in the new pattern.
