大数据背景下深入推进基础信息化建设的思考——以合肥铁路公安处为例

Reflections on Promoting the Basic Informatization Construction under the Big Data Background——Taking Hefei Railway Public Security Division as an Example

在当前云计算、大数据、"互联网+"等信息技术快速发展的背景下,大力推进基础信息化建设既迎来难得的发展机遇,也面临前所未有的严峻挑战。要牢固树立"情报信息主导警务"理念,紧紧依托铁路实名制数据,注重基础投入,加快系统建设,规范数据采集,完善研判模式,建立路内相互贯通、路地相互融合的一体化情报系统网络,不断提升铁路公安基础信息化建设水平。

Under the background that the information technology, such as cloud computing, big data and ＂Internet ＋＂, etc. are developing quickly, there＇re both good opportunities and severe challenges for promoting the basic informatization construction. To achieve it, we should establish the concept of ＂information guiding policing＂, rely on the real-name data of the railway, pay attention to basic investment, speed on system construction, normalize the data collection, improve the study mode, and set up an integrated information network which threads together both inside and outside the railways, so as to promote continuously the level of basic informatization construction of the railway police.
