摘要 随着社会的快速发展,生活节奏加快,年轻人的工作和学业压力越来越大,如何提高年轻人的睡眠质量成为一项关注度颇高的社会问题。文章通过行为地图法挖掘并联系用户的相关行为数据,并运用KANO模型将用户需求按基本型、期望型、兴奋型分类排序,结合年轻人的人群特征和睡眠影响因素,以睡眠唤醒灯为例做出了基于用户体验的睡眠健康产品设计探索与实践,以期为睡眠健康产品的创新设计提供参考。 With the rapid development of society and the exaggerate pace of life, Work stress and academic pressure of young people is growing. How to improve the quality of young people's sleep has become a social issue with high concern. This essay uncovered and linked the relevant behavior data of the users through the behavioral map, and used the KANO model to classify the user's demands according to the basic type, the expectation type and the excitement type. Combined with the young people's crowd characteristics and the sleep influence factors, the essay has made an exploration and practice of sleep health product design based on user experience which took the wake-up light as an example, with a propose to provide reference for innovative design of sleep health products.
