摘要
操作者在使用背负式割灌机劳动时,由于操作姿势、机器的振动和噪声等原因,极易导致作业疲劳和安全事故。运用人机工程学设计理论对背负式割灌机的技术原理、结构和使用中的人机因素进行分析。计算得出背负式割灌机的手把尺寸、工作杆尺寸和背垫、背带尺寸,并以此数据对背负式割灌机进行改良设计。使得背负式割灌机能够提高劳动效率,能够减轻劳动者的疲劳,降低割灌作业带来的职业伤害,为便携式林业机械的安全性设计提供设计参考。
Objective In the process of operators working with knapsack brush cutters, it easily leads to fatigues and safety accidents because of operating posture, vibration and noise of machine, and other reasons. Method Analyze the technical principle, the structure and the human factors used in knapsack brush cutter based on ergonomics theory. Result Calculate the handles size, rods size and straps size of knapsack brush cutter. In accordance with these data, carry out improved design program of handles, rods, straps, back cushions, machine' s molding and colors of knapsack brush cutter. Conclusion Improve the labor efficiency of the cutter, relieve the fatigue of operators and reduce the occupational injuries caused by the cutting operation and provide a reference for safety design of portable forestry machinery.
