社区养老设施功能空间现存问题与规划对策探讨

THOUGHT ON EXISTING PROBLEMS AND PLANNING COUNTERMEASURES OF FUNCTIONAL SPACE IN COMMUNITY CARE FACILITIES

文章以社区养老设施功能空间为研究对象,遵循当前社区养老事业发展规划任务,对养老设施功能空间现存问题加以分析,从而思考作为今后重点发展的社区养老,该如何达成设施适老空间环境规划,并在老人需求、运营模式的前提下,探讨未来社区养老设施功能空间规划对策。

The study is based on the research object of community care facilities＇ function space, according to the planning tasks of developing the cause of the current community old-aged care, the existing problems of the community care facilities space are analyzed, to explore the mode of community elder＇s care for the elderly in the future and how to reach the facilities suitable for the old space environment planning. On the premise of the old people＇s demand, operation mode, facilities level and allocation standard, this paper discusses the function space planning measures of the community elder＇s care facilities in the future.
