摘要
随着我国国民经济的发展以及民众生活水平的提高,由原先的宾馆、酒店以及旅社等过渡为家庭式宾馆、民宿以及青旅的住宿选择。其中,尤以传统民居的"体验式"旅行的勃兴最具代表性。本文以传统民居的民宿改造与设计研究为主线,从改造背景、地域特性、外部空间、内部设计、使用材料等方面进行了分析,对以继承传统民居精髓为前提,以满足现代居住功能的民宿改造为目的,进行了课题探讨。
With the development of China＇s national economy and the improvement of people＇s living standard, the traditional hotels and hostels are turned into the family-style hotel, homestay, and youth hotel. Among them, the rise of experience style travel based on the traditional dwellings is the most representative, This paper mainly focuses on the renovation and design study of homestay in traditional dwellings, analyzes the background of renovation, regional characteristics, external space, internal design, and used materials, takes inheriting the essence of traditional dwellings as premise, views meeting the modern residential functions as goals in the homestay renovation, and discusses this topic.
