摘要 目的基于人因工程设计一款坐便辅助器,并对坐便盖形态有所改善,使排便更顺畅、更舒适。方法通过用户调研了解目前用户对坐便器的需求,对调查结果进行有关排便姿势及坐便盖形态的倾向选择实验,并对实验结果进行分析。结论长期使用坐便器用户患有便秘的占73%,长期使用蹲便器用户患有便秘的占27%;排便姿势倾向选择结果为为肛门直肠角132度,坐便盖形态倾向选择结果为选择坐便坐位与臀部接触面为弧形面。 Objective: Based on ergonomically, design a seat auxiliary device, and improve the seat cover shape to make the user to have more comfortable defecation. Methods: Through the user investigation to help to understand the current user's demand for the toilet, the survey results are conducted on the tendency to select the posture and the form of the seat cover, and it analyzes the experimental results. Conclusion: 73 % of users who use toilet seat for a long-term have the problem of constipation, and 27% of users who use squatting for a long-term have the problem of constipation. The postural tendency selection result is 132 degrees for the rectal angle of the anus, and the orientation of the seat cover is the result of the selection of sitting position and the hip contact surface as the curved surface.
