2016年濮院入选首批中国特色小镇,致力于打造产城融合发展的特色小镇。在建筑上,它拥有着典型的江南水乡的特点,传统江南民居建筑特征,随着城市进程的不断快速发展,这个美丽的小镇空间形态发生了巨大的变化,许多建筑逐渐偏向于现代建筑的千屋一貌。濮院作为全国文化特色小镇,其传统建筑的特点应该传承与保护,并将产业文化与现代建筑文化的元素灵活运用,将濮院建筑建成具有文化代表性,特点鲜明的文化特色小镇。
In 2016 Puyuan was selected the first batch of Chinese characteristic towns, which is committed to creating the integration of the development of the characteristics of the town. In the building, it has a typical characteristics of the Jiangnan Water Village, with the traditional Jiangnan residential architectural features and the rapid development of urban progress. This beautiful town space form has undergone tremendous changes, and many buildings gradually biased towards modern architecture which looks the same. Puyuan as a national cultural characteristic town, the characteristics of its traditional architecture should be inherited and protected, and the industrial culture and modern architectural elements are used flexible. Puyuan building was constructed into a cultural representative town with distinctive cultural characteristics.
