科技精准扶贫是一项复杂的系统工程,核心要义是根据传统生产方式灵活应用成熟适用技术,围绕技术服务提供市场信息,根据市场需求探索产品销售,建立持续增收的产业发展模式。西藏山南地区贡嘎县岗堆镇吉纳村在草牧业科技精准扶贫中将现代技术与传统生产要素、生产方式融会贯通,探索出一套较为完善的科技服务工作体系,取得了显著成效,具有较高的推广价值。

Targeted poverty alleviation by science and technology is a complex systematic project. The core principles involved flexibly applying mature technology, providing market information with technical service as the center, exploring product sales based on the market demand, and building industrial development models of sustained increase in farmers＇ incomes. During the process of grasslands and animal husbandry targeted poverty alleviation by science and technology, Jina village paid attention to combining modem technology with essential productive factors and modes, explored a set of relatively perfect technical service working systems, and achieved a remarkable success.
