摘要
针对飞机全机主操纵系统疲劳试验实施操纵载荷及位移协调谱、且与机体疲劳同试的实际情况,研究并提出了基于有效实时加载曲线数据分析的全机系统疲劳试验故障诊断分析方法。故障诊断分析方法应用结果表明:对于飞机全机主操纵系统疲劳试验过程中,涉及副翼平尾方向舵操纵系统疲劳加载以及系统状态各类试验故障的诊断分析均及时有效,从而保证了疲劳试验质量并加快了试验进度。
A study of the failure or malfuction diagnosis and analysis method is conducted for the whole primary flight control system fatigue test, which is based on the analysis of typical real-time fatigue load curve data. The application of the diagnosis and analysis has indicated that the method is effective and resultful.
