摘要
目的建立快速检测奶粉中酪蛋白含量的方法。方法通过夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)定量测定婴儿配方奶粉中的酪蛋白含量。按照试剂盒内附的操作说明,制作标准曲线,计算3种奶粉样品所对应的酪蛋白含量,同时测量另外10种奶粉样品的酪蛋白含量。结果酪蛋白在0.5~13.5μg/g内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R~)大于0.99。3种奶粉样品实际测得酪蛋白含量与标签上的含量一致性在99%以上。10种奶粉样品酪蛋白含量在4.17~6.65 g/100 g范围内。结论该方法专一性强,灵敏度高,简便、快速、准确,可用于婴儿配方奶粉中的酪蛋白含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the rapid detection of casein content in milk powder. Methods The content of casein in infant formula was quantitatively determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In accordance with the reference of the kit, a standard curve was made, the casein content of three different kinds of samples were calculated, and another 10 kinds of milk powder were detected. Results Casein had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5~13.5 μg/g, with the correlation coefficient (R^2) greater than 0.99. The consistency between detected casein content and label content in 3 kinds of milk powder samples were above 99%. The casein content of 10 kinds of milk powder samples were in the range of 4.17~6.65 g/100 g. Conclusion This method is specific, sensitive, simple, rapid and accurate, which is suitable for the determination of casein content in infant formula.
