摘要
食品安全,关乎民生。近年来食品安全问题层出不穷,食品检验检测机构作为食品安全监管的技术支撑也面临着重大考验。合同评审是食品检验检测机构开展检验检测工作的第一环节,是食品检验检测机构风险控制的重要手段之一,有效的合同评审为食品检验检测机构开展高质量的检验工作保驾护航。本文主要分析食品检验检测机构如何从政府委托检验任务类型、合同评审的程序、风险控制、人员素质要求等方面做好合同评审工作进行论述,为食品检验检测机构提供优质的检验服务提供借鉴和参考。
Food safety is one of the most important things for people's lives. With the increasing of food safety problems in recent years, food inspection and testing institutes as the technical support of food safety supervision are facing significant challenges. Contract review is the first part in inspecting mission and one of the important means of risk control of food inspection and testing institutes. Setting up and implementing contract review are an effective measure to improve the inspection level of food inspection and testing institutes. This paper mainly analyzed how to set up and implement high level contract review from the aspects of the type task of government commissioned, contract review procedures, risk control, and personnel quality requirements, etc. It can provide references for the food inspection and testing institutes to provide high quality inspection services.
