摘要
主观性指标是确保教育评估科学性、完整性不可或缺的重要组成部分。针对其属性特征,甄别探究主观性指标评判的影响因素和控制策略,是充分发挥其在评估中积极作用的前提条件。研究认为,源于评估主客体有意的、无意的主观因素以及评估机制与方法,是主观性指标评判的主要影响者。正确看待主观因素的影响与作用,剖析查明其成因与动机,加强对评估主客体的考察培训与教育引导,改革创新评估体制机制和方式方法,建设培育积极健康的评估文化,是主观性指标评判影响因素控制的应对之策。
Subjective indicators are important parts to ensure the scientificity and integrity of education e- valuation. According to their feature, exploring the influence factors and control strategies of subjective indicators judgment is a prerequisite to exert their positive functions in education evaluation. The study suggests that intentional, unintentional subjective factors come from the evaluation subject and object as well as the evaluation mechanism and method, are the main factors which affecting the evaluation of sub- jective indicators. Correctly regard the influence and effect of subjective factors and analyze their causes and motives, strengthen the investigation and training of evaluation subject and object, reform and inno- vate the evaluation mechanism and method, cultivate a healthy and progressive evaluation culture, are the coping strategies to control the influencing factors of subjective indicators evaluation.
