摘要 近些年来,国外中小学新教师入职教育的目标正在从帮助教师迅速掌握课堂生存技巧,转向培养具有反思能力的专业人员。与旧有的入职教育相比,新的入职教育更强调向外拓展新教师的联系网络,以便其从不同的渠道和个体那里获得养料;更关注新教师个性化的成长和需求,以便及时提供恰当的支持;更看重大学在连接教师职前培养和职后培训中的作用,从而将专业发展贯穿教师职业生涯的始终。 Recently, the purpose of new teacher induction primanry and secondary schools in other coutries has transferred from helping teachers to quickly grasp skills of classroom survival to nurturing profession- als who are capable of self-reflection. Compared with the old system of teacher induction, the new system of induction emphasizes the expansion of new teachers' networkto allow them to learn from various channels and individuals. The new system pays close attention to new teachers' invidiual growth and demand- to provide proper support in due time. The new system also stresses the role of universities in linking teachers' preservice education and in-service traing to make professional development a constant phenom- enon in the career of teaching.
