摘要
目的建立气相色谱-质谱联用测定工作场所空气中12种乙二醇醚类化合物的方法。方法工作场所空气中的乙二醇醚用活性炭采样管采集,二氯甲烷-甲醇(15+85,V/V)溶液解吸,DB-624毛细管柱分离,气相色谱-质谱法定性定量。结果 12种乙二醇醚类化合物可完全分离,测定的线性范围、最低检出浓度、采样效率、穿透容量、解吸效率、准确度、精密度、样品稳定性均符合GBZ 210.4—2008中要求;对使用了含部分上述乙二醇醚涂料的3类场所30个样品进行测定,共检出4个阳性样品,乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇甲醚乙酸酯、乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯4种化合物,且与原料标示成分一致。结论本法可用于工作场所空气中12种乙二醇醚类化合物的监测。
Objective To establish a determination method of 12 ethylene glycol ethers in workplace air by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The ethylene glycol ether compounds in workplace air was collected by activated carbon sampling tubes,desorbed with dichloromethane-methanol( 15 + 85,V/V) solution,separated by DB-624 capillary column,and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results 12 kinds of glycol ethers were completely separated. The linear range,the lowest detection concentration,sampling efficiency,penetrating capacity,desorption efficiency,accuracy,precision,and sample stability were in accordance with GBZ 210. 4—2008 requirements; in three types of places,using paint containing some of the above-mentioned glycol ether compounds,total 30 samples were detected,4 positive samples were detected,there were 4 kinds of compounds respectively,such as 2-Methoxyethanol,2-Ethoxyethanol,2-Methoxyethyl acetate,2-ethylene acetate,which were consistent with the raw material composition. Conclusion The method can be used in the monitoring of 12 kinds of target glycol ether compounds in workplace air.
