摘要：皮雕艺术起源于文艺复兴时期的欧洲，在当时人们主要是利用皮革的延展性来做浮雕式图案的器具。皮雕技术雕刻精美，工艺细致，在欧洲中世纪之后一度是皇宫贵族身份和名望的象征。但在当时皮雕工艺主要是私下传授，并没有公开和流行。直到公元1492年，哥伦布发现美洲的同时皮雕由西班矛传入美洲，才成为美洲人的喜好。近几年来皮雕技术在国内开始蓬勃发展，其在皮具和首饰上均可利用。
Abstract： Leather carving art originated in the Renaissance Europe, at that time people mainly use the leather sociability to do the relief pattern of the apparatus.
