摘要 采用软模板法合成有序介孔炭材料,并通过热重分析、低温氮吸附-脱附测量、小角XRD、透射电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱等分析表征手段,分别考察了有机模板剂脱除和炭化过程对生成有序介孔炭结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明,在N2气氛下350℃焙烧5h可有效脱除有机模板剂,获得具有有序介孔结构的炭材料前驱体;该材料在500~800℃炭化后可生成有序介孔炭材料,其孔径分布变化不大,但比表面积和孔容有较大程度提高,提高部分主要集中分布在微孔区,最佳炭化温度为600℃。 The ordered mesoporous carbon material(OMC)was prepared through the soft template method,and the effects of template removal and carbonization process on its structure and property were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),N2 adsorption-desorption measurement at low temperature,small angle X-Ray diffraction(SAXRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),respectively.It found that the calcination at 350℃ and 5hunder N2 atmosphere could effectively remove the organic template agent,and obtained carbon precursor with ordered mesoporous structure.When the prepared precursor was carbonized at the higher temperature range between 500℃and 800℃,the pore size distribution changed less,while the specific surface area and pore volume increased to a larger extent,which was concentrated in the micropore range.The optimal carbonization temperature should be 600℃.
