厌氧发酵残留物一步合成磺化固体酸催化剂及性能研究

摘要 以紫茎泽兰厌氧发酵产沼气后的残留物为原料,一步合成磺化固体酸催化剂。以酸化小桐子油酯化降酸反应为指针试验,考察反应时间、磺化温度和硫酸用量对催化剂催化性能的影响。试验结果表明,在磺化温度110℃、反应时间120min和硫酸浓度30%的条件下制得的磺化碳基固体酸催化性能较优,酯化率可达65.37%,为紫茎泽兰的综合利用提供了一条新途径。 A sulfonated solid acid catalyst prepared from the eupatorium adenophorum fermentation residues was successfully synthesized by one-pot method.The catalytic performance was evaluated in the esterification reaction of aucidulated jatropha oil and the effect factors of reaction time,sulfonated temperature and sulfuric acid concentration were studied.The experiment showed that sulfofication temperature of 110℃,reaction time of 120 min and 30% sulfuric acid concentration,the performance of catalyst is the best,the maximal esterification rate was 65.37%.The research provided a new way for the comprehensive utilization of eupatorium adenophorum.
