镍锰酸锂的固相法合成及结构分析 被引量:4

摘要 以二氧化锰、硝酸镍、碳酸锂为原料,采用固相法工艺合成了镍锰酸锂(LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4)正极材料,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对在不同焙烧温度、不同焙烧时间下制得的LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4进行了表征。结果表明,900℃焙烧10h制得的LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4的粒径约1μm,晶体结构完整,呈现规则的多面体形貌。 Lithium nickel manganese oxide (LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 ) anode material was synthesized by solid phase meth- od, using manganese dioxide, nickel nitrate and lithium carbonate as raw materials.X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the morphology and structure of LiNi0.5 Mn1. 5O4 prepared under dif- ferent calcination temperature and calcination time.The results showed that the as-prepared LiNi0.5 Mn1.5 O4 samples were spinal crystals.The crystal structure of LiNi0.5 Mn1. 5O4 calcinating at 900 ℃ for 10h was about 1μm complete crystal and the sample morphology was a regular polyhedron.
