硫酸钙晶须改性沥青的感温性及黏度特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用机械搅拌法制备硫酸钙晶须(CSW)改性沥青,对掺加不同比例的CSW改性沥青从温度敏感性角度分析了CSW掺加量对沥青高温稳定性的影响。还利用布氏黏度实验分析了CSW掺加量对沥青黏度的影响,进一步采用摄氏温标下黏温指数(VTS)的算法评价了CSW掺加量对沥青温度敏感性的影响。结果表明:当CSW掺加量为4%~6%(wt,质量分数,下同)时,可较好的改善沥青的基本指标。在CSW掺加量为0%~8%时,随着CSW掺量的增加,沥青温度敏感性系数降低、针入度指数增加、高温稳定性变好、沥青黏度增大、VTS增大和温度敏感性降低。 The calcium sulphate whiskers(CSW)modified asphalt was prepared by mechanical stirring.And from the point of view of the temperature sensitivity,the impact of different CSW mixing ratios on high temperature stability of asphalt were analyzed.The effect of CSW ratio on the asphalt viscosity was analyzed by brookfield viscosity test,then the impact of different CSW mixing ratios on asphalt temperature susceptibility was evaluated by celsius temperature VTSalgorithm.The experimental results indicated that when the mixing amount of CSW 4wt%~6wt%,it could better improve the basic indicators of asphalt.As CSW ratio was increased 0%~8wt%,the asphalt temperature sensitivity coefficient reduced,the penetration increased,the high temperature stability improved,the viscosity of asphalt and VTSincreased,and the temperature sensitivity was reduced.
