自贸区海关制度创新研究的演进及启示:知识图谱视角

The Evolution and Enlightenment of the Research in Free Trade Zone Customs System Innovation: Perspective of Knowledge Map

自贸区海关制度创新是我国自贸区建设的重要成果。本文借助Cite Space软件,选取中国知网、Web of Science以及上海海关学院图书馆自建海关论文库中1992~2016年间自贸区海关制度创新领域的文献,从知识图谱视角分析其研究热点、前沿和合作等演进情况。结果表明,该领域研究随自贸区发展而变化,总体成果还不够丰厚,还需更多机构、学者长期积累并展开合作交流,针对实务贡献更高水平文献;本文也为海关及其他政府部门在政策力度等决策方面给予了启示。

Customs system innovation plays an important role in China＇s FTZ management system. This study uses CiteSpace software to scientifically measure FTZ Customs management innovation achievement, retrieving data （1992 -2016 ） from three citation databases （CNKI, WOS and SCC library paper database ） as the analysis samples, draws the visualizing knowledge map to display research status and research forefront, co-operation and hotspot evolution. Results show that the research varies with FTZ development, but the overall results in the research field are not rich enough, acquiring more institutions and scholars to expand cooperation with long-term accumulation to contribute high-level literature. This paper also enlightens customs and other government departments＇ decision making such as intensity of policy.
