寒冷地区工业厂房负荷影响因素研究

摘要 以寒冷地区西安市为例,采用能耗仿真模拟软件De ST对某工业厂房全年负荷进行动态模拟。分析不同影响因素余热强度、体形系数、窗墙比、换气次数变化时,厂房全年冷负荷,热负荷及总负荷变化规律,针对各个因素对能耗影响敏感性进行探讨。结果表明:影响厂房负荷的主要因素是余热强度、通风换气次数,其次是体形系数,窗墙比对负荷影响很小。确定影响厂房负荷的关键因素及对建筑负荷的影响程度,对工业厂房节能设计具有重要的参考意义。 The research was based on some industrial building ofXi'an located in cold area. The dynamic simulation of air conditioning energy consumption of the whole year were studied by the DeST Software. The change rules of cooling load, heat load and total load were investigated with the variation of heat intensity, shape coefficient, window-wall ratio, ventilation rate and the sensitivity of the factors were analyzed. It was concluded that in the cold area, for energy consumption of industrial buildings, the technology route sequencing should be heat intensity, air exchange frequency, shape coefficient and ratio of window to wall. Determining key factors and the order have crucial reference meaning for industrial building energy saving design.
