摘要
随着煤炭企业不断提升产能,采煤机械不断大型化、重型化,给常规的回采作业及安全生产带来诸多不便。如在综采工作面坡度较大的情况下,液压支架及刮板输送机随着回采推进,会出现下滑现象,刮板输送机不但占据工作面下出口端头支护空间堵塞安全出口,而且增大了工作面上出口切顶密柱的支护宽度,给采空区维护增加了难度;同时,液压支架也会向下滑移,造成支架咬架、倒架。因此,必须采取有效措施控制支架和刮板输送机下滑。在分析生产实际及现场试验的基础上,利用急倾斜煤层伪斜开采原理,调整两巷进度差,使工作面形成伪斜,减小工作面坡度,增加设备下滑阻力,同时自下而上单向顶溜,有效控制了工作面支架和刮板输送机的下滑,节省了安全出口和两巷端头维护工作量,确保了工作面安全正常生产。
With the continuous upgrading of coal production scale and heavy, which has caused a lot of inconvenience to capacity, coal mining machinery has become large- the conventional mining operations and safety pro- duction. Such as large slope fully-mechanized working face in the case of hydraulic support and scraper conveyor with mining, will decline phenomenon, not only occupy the scraper conveyor under the working surface of the exit end support blocked exit, but also increases the work surface outlet roof cutting close column support width, to increase the difficulty of mining district maintenance; at the same time, the hydraulic support will slip down, re- sulting in falling, articulator bracket. Therefore, effective measures must be taken to control the sliding of the bracket and scraper conveyor. Based on the analysis of the actual production and field test on steep seam oblique mining using the principle, adjust the progress difference of two roadways and oblique angle of working face, de- crease working slope, increase slide resistance of equipment, while from floor to roof one-way slip, the slide of the working face support and the scraper conveyor were effectively controlled,the maintenance work of safety exit and two roadways was saved, all this has ensured the safety and normal productionof the working face.
